Wireless Earbuds, ONTOTL Bluetooth Wireless Headphones Mini Sweatproof Sport Headsets with mic

I’ve used many wireless headphones and these are by far the worst! They are not user friendly, the instructions are not very easy to follow, you need to go through the pairing process from the very beginning every time you switch devices (even if previously paired - I got between my phone and iPad daily) and the time that a “full” charge will last varies from under and hour to over an hour and a half (even when using it for the same exact thing). Also, the ear pieces can get very uncomfortable and start to fall out. You can’t adjust / spin the little ear flap that’s meant to help hold it in your ear, like you can with other ear pieces like this. Everyone has different shaped ears - you should be able to adjust to fit your own. There is no way to adjust the volume or change songs either. Oh and I cannot gor the life of me figure out what language (or languages they are speaking when turning on, off or when battery is dying). I think some of it is supposed to be English but it doesn’t make any sense to me. Usually there is a setting for the language but these seems to just blurt out whatever it’s saying in 5 different languages. I may return these - just need to find a replacement. But I definitely would not waste your money on these! Many better pairs out there for half the price!

These earbuds have nice features but unfortunately it did not last long. The pairing feature did not work and so I was left with mono audio rather than stereo audio. Both earbuds work independently but not together; it is either one or the other. I contacted Amazon who forwarded my request to Ontotl who supposedly were to get in contact with me after 24-48 hours. I never heard from them. I spent endless amounts of time, resetting, turning on/off, double clicking, deleting /reinstalling bluetooth connections all without success. I wrote two emails and never recieved a response. Terrible customer service. Significant audio delay when watching videos. Very distracting. Earbuds inconsistently charge and lighting is confusing. Save your money

Arrived quickly, easy to set up, very comfortable and easy to use.

Love these ear buds, work great. I have not had any problems with them. They are easy to use and have great sound. perfect for the hot tub, driving range and at work. They last 2-3 hrs. I would like a pair that does about 5hrs but I already knew they only worked 2-3 hrs when I bought them. Great for the price

Difficult to pair both buds; often only one would connect. Instructions not very well written. Only 1 bud would indicate when charged, and after 2 months the "non-indicating bud stopped charging altogether.

Great sound but good luck pair them both at the same time. I was only able to do it about 50% of the times I tried using and eventually gave up since the English decided to change to Chinese. I wish I was kidding.

Died after only 5 months! And after one month the language switched to Chinese so i didn’t even know how to properly use them bc i didn’t understand when it was on/off bc it was in Chinese!

So far only used twice but first use ear buds lasted only 2 hours. 2nd use lasted about 45min.
