Played with it one time and multiple pieces broke. However, he's only played with it a couple days and the rod and reel broke in multiple places. He was not rough with them, either, just using the reel as it's intended to be used. Also, one of the pieces of "poop" had it's hoop fall off so now you can't catch it on the hook (if the hook hadn't broken, that is). I had already tossed the box, or I'd be returning it.
