I can only say, it has worked wonders on me and my body! (Truth is I got lazy and I stop taking them for a year until I realized my body size and body metabolism changing and not necessarily for the best...) I had a few pills left in the bottle to last me 2 weeks, but I tell you, I saw improvement again after those 2 weeks of usage, and so I'm back at it. I went from XL almost XXL to now size SMALL almost XS. It's not a magic pill so you have to be consistent and committed to it.
