Who would have thought that Gaming Chair and comfortable would be used in the same sentence?I've gone through at least 3 gaming chairs and this one by Cryola Conquers all literally even though I just got it I can game hours upon hours in this thing..The massage function is great I believe there is up to 5 different presets and functions.The quality trust me when I say this the PU leather feels like it's meant to last.However there are some pros and cons worth mentioning.Pros:-High quality PU leather-Color selection is great I went with Red and Black theme.-Lumbar Support massage function is pure awesomeness VIA USB supplied in package.- The Nec/head rest Pillow is very thick and comfortable.-Love the Adjustable up and down rotating arm rests.- The cast metal rollers (Plastic wheels) roll easily through carpet and floor at least mine do.-The Nap function (Go ahead and lean back take a nap it's possible with this chair.Cons: Not very man however there are a few that stuck out for me.-The instructions are in color but do not describe nor display every step.. you need to go off by the pics in diagram only.. that's what I did.-I really just do not like the Foot rest.. it's useless too small. ADJUSTMENT is manual with flip out feat.. I get where Cryola was going with this but I still dislike it in every way.-I do not like the tiny screws they use to cover the flaps on the chair. Just use a drill with magnet tip so much easier.-I think the Flaps that cover the Adjustable portion of the chair are cheaply made ABS plastic worried about durability over the time.Other than all in all a pure gamers chair they really thought well into design of this chair and when you first sit in it and do your first gaming session you will see exactly what I mean.PS: Gaming Desk pictured is by Eureka Ergonomic also here on AmazonGet this chair I reccomend it besides the few gripes listed.Much love peepsGame on !

When I received this chair I was really excited. From what I could initially tell it had conformed to previous reviews I had read about the product. The chair had even been marked with a silver marker of some sort which had been noted in one of the first reviews but this was easily removed with some cleaning solution. However within the first two months the pneumatic lift cylinder failed. After contacting Cyrola they made things right! Cyrola provided a new lift cylinder and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. Thank You Cyrola!

I've had 4 or so previous office chairs on wheels and they never were comfortable. This time, I decided to do my research and buy a high quality chair that offered comfort, style and durability and my search led me to this gaming chair in red.The past 3 days were spent taking a 16 hour online course and not once did I have any aches, pains or cricks in the neck.The ability to recline, use the footrest and move the lumbar/neck supports meant everything in my comfort.So why 4 stars instead of 5? You can't lock the armrests to keep them from rotating left or right, they move quite easily which ends up being quite annoying. There are times where I've grabbed an armrest to move the chair and the armrest just rotates/swivels instead of bringing the chair in my direction.Other than this issue, I would highly recommend this chair if you're looking for comfort for long stretches at the desk.I love the styling of this chair and it gives me a sense of pride every time I look at it.Hopefully this chair has been designed to last for quite a while because I have no intentions of buying another one any time soon this is that good.

I bought this for my son since he is a gamer. It’s also his career and he spends a long time in front of a computer. I bought this one after comparing it to a few chairs within my price range and also went with previous reviews and I like good quality and it said leather. It was well wrapped. Instructions are all backwards and not clear. Totally the opposite. My son and his friend put it together and they’re both pretty smart, but said that was a negative 👎 on this chair. The instructions. Also, bad bad quality. Not sturdy enough. The foot rest feels like is not going to last a month. Keep in mind I bought this one, after the reviews and it says up to 350lbs. So, I think... lol my son is on the slim size but just in case one of his friends or a relative sat in it, I went with this one. Omg! When they finished putting it together, my face dropped! What a piece of crap. I’m sorry for this review, nothing personal but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone for the price. If it wasn’t because my son put the chair together and I can’t send it back, I would send it back. Trust me. I like good quality and I understand you get what you pay for, but I was expecting a better quality. I’m afraid it’s NOT going to last a month!!!! Its a shame because I was sooo excited. It’s his colors in his room and what a huge disappointment!!! I’ve been nice by giving this a 3 star! But honestly... I would give it a one. Because I love the colors and the shape . Material wise thumbs down 👎

I like the appearance of the chair overall. The "slide-away" footrest is not especially functional or comfortable as it seems to throw the whole balance of the chair off. The "adjustable" armrests are barely so. I've tried to find the proper distance apart to make the armrests feel like they're properly adjusted but the design of the chair doesn't lend itself to easily adjusting the width. Even though this is touted as a good fit for larger people, I would not recommend it. The edges of the seat cushion tend to press into the hips and thighs enough to make it a fairly uncomfortable chair to use for more than brief periods.
