When I bench my wrists feel weak and prevent me from pushing heavier weight. With the straps on I did a PB, i would say that is due to the straps as my wrists felt solid and stable. The straps are easy to wrap round, they going round twice so you can secure it and are easy to take off. For 6 quid you cannot go wrong.
