I charged it with a full charge and couldn't wait to use it. I then used it and it died with only 5 min of use, had to keep recharging and waiting so I could finish my project...not happy. I plugged it back in and left it alone for a day and decided to give it one more try. Couldn't tell you why, but this thing lasted for about an of scrubbing and boy what a job it did! I was using it to scrub my old shower tiles and it was amazing how clean and even the grout looked when I got done with little or no effort...I was sold. Unfortunately this item is woefully underpowered and does not hold up to any applied pressure when scrubbing. The extension wand is not sturdy. So great concept, poor execution. I fully charged it and when I tried to clean my shower it did not have enough power to turn the head once the scrubber touched the surface. I have used a similar product so I know it is by rotation and not scrubbing that it is suppose to clean.
