I was very pleased with the leg length as I am vertically challenged (5'1") and the XS-P was the perfect length so I'm not stepping on my pantlegs. The only issue I'm having is I'm starting to see weakness in the seams and pockets. The pants are a little loose so it's not from "busting at the seams", but perhaps from washing/wearing. I sure hope not since I've only worn them maybe 10 shifts. I'm 5'6", 120lbs and bought an xsmall. The length and fit are perfect, they cover my ankles when I sit. I just bought 2 more pairs. The material is a little thicker and not as light weight as other GA pants.
