They will send me a FedEx label, but I need to take it apart, but a FedEx box to fit it and ship it back and then WAIT 2-3 weeks for them to repair it and ship it back. This makes it worth looking into another mop in my opinion. $300 and it breaks in a year and then I have to take time and more money just to ship it back for them to repair it. **Q: How does this compare to the Bissell cross wave?** A: Tineco is way better! I’ve had both, the cross wave always left my floors pretty wet, the Tineco leaves very little water & uses very little. My floors dry very fast with the Tineco (wood & tile). I do wish Tineco made a brush head that did a little better for scrubbing, but overall I would give the Tineco 4.9/5 stars vs cross wave 4/5 stars. **Q: Can I vacuum without water as well?** A: Thank you for your question. Ifloor 3 can be used as dry vacuum only, but usually suggest customer to put clean water in tanks to better maintain vacuum performance. **Q: Anyone have streak issue with this on luxury vinyl flooring?** A: I am having the same issue! I sent pics to the company and they are telling me they don’t see it. I’m going to return it and hope the S4 is a better option because I love how clean the floors are but they look awful with consistent streaks all throughout.
