We got it for crazy hair day for my 5 year old. He has blonde hair, so the dye shows up a bright, bold blue, just like the picture. He was SO excited to wear it lol. It does dry pretty stiff, but he has short hair so it wasn't a problem. It washes right out with warm water --I didn't even need to use soap. My son put it in his hair early in the morning before school and by the time he came home in the afternoon it was still rubbing off on things. While it did not stain darker color laundry, it did leave a faint pink tone on our beige couch even after using an upholstery cleaner on it right away.
