I went through an arm band with a 6S plus iPhone and hated it at the gym, I needed an alternative to hold my phone. This is perfect. It fits very comfortable around the waist, the Velcro is strong and secure. It is one large pocket, so even though it shows two zippers, if you have keys or change in there it can slide around.
