Not quite 5 stars... Flowers were fresh, well packed and shipped fast. Great!Only complaint is that some of the stems were pre-cut rather short -- inches shorter than the rest.  Solved the problem by putting all the longer-stemmed flowers in the vase first, and then the short ones, so they could be supported a bit by the other flowers, and not sink too far into the vase.

I was provided a range of delivery from the 13th to the 16th, then an email was sent stating the roses would be delivered on Friday the 16th.  I was hoping for the delivery on Valentine’s Day, but am now hopeful for the 16th.  My spouse was off on the 13th due to an emergency, and was called from her place of employment letting her know that the roses had arrived.  My spouse wasn’t able to get her roses until the next day, however it was disappointing that the roses had to stay in a box over night until she got to work the next day.  The roses were beautiful and my wife was happy which is what mattered, however it was very confusing being given a date and the roses arriving 3 days earlier.
