It's like the Pr**t glue stick most people will remember from school, or a lipsalve. Pull the cap off an push from the back with a finger to extend. Consistency is like vaseline and smells a little like nasal decongestant. Run it along the door seal and rub in with your fingers to stop the sticking and squeaking, even when it's icy.
