Omg this works! But make sure you are near a bathroom because it will shoot out like LAVA!!! If you’ve seen the movie Brides Maids, the scene trying on the bridal gowns…THIS IS JUST LIKE THAT!! Lol tmi but baby Jesus this cleans everythinggggg out your system. The detox is real. I take it every few weeks when feeling bloated. Only early still, but these are making a difference. Doing a lot less snacking which automatically has me feeling better and sleeping noticeably better. My focus is on having three healthy meals per day and since beginning on these pills I've found that my hunger levels have been a lot more routine and it's been a lot easier to stick to my healthy meal schedule. Very happy with the effect on my life and my progress so far.
