I immediately installed it on my FDE Scorpion pistol and fell in love with the look and the functionality. I will say that the lockup is not quite on par with what I expected, and I am awaiting a replacement to see if I possibly received a defective part or not. I will update the review once I have installed the new adapter. When the stock adapter is folded all the way out, there is a bit of a wobble that I am getting because it seems as if the parts were not 100% machined correctly. This is NOT a huge deal, just something that I noticed so I thought I would mention it here. I have an adapter for my Kriss Vector and the lockup is super tight, and there is ZERO wobble, so I know it is possible to do. I believe the problem lies in the button that is pressed to open/close the adapter. Anyways, I still do recommend this and it's one of the better choices out for the Scorpion at this time. If you need a folding adapter, make sure you take a look at this one!** UPDATED on 10-14-2017 ** I just received a replacement from Sylvan Arms and while their customer service was TOP NOTCH, I still am having the same issue with the minor wobble when the adapter is closed. The problem is with the actual button, it just allows a tad more back & forth play then I would like. Again, this is an issue that is MINOR and is the only reason it did not get a 5-star review. All in all, this is a keeper and I am glad I decided to give this company a try! I will also say that "Hannah" from "Sylvan Arms" has been GREAT and she sent me a replacement without any questions, and also responded almost instantly after I emailed customer service. BRAVO Sylvan Arms and thanks for the excellent product and service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty much everything on the Evo is easy to do *by I***G on July 9, 2017* 1) This unit does fold to the ejection port. This is common on side-folders for smaller SMG-style weapons platforms.2) This unit does not latch to the side when folded. It does lock "closed" or with the stock extended, not folded, with the press of a button on the folding unit itself.3) Threaded my standard AR buffer tube without a hitch.4) Build quality is phenomenal - All metal, no cheap plastic, heavy and appears to be either powdercoated or electrocoated black.5) Installation is a snap. Pretty much everything on the Evo is easy to do, but this in particular took me about two minutes.I also want to touch on this being the lowest priced side-folding stock adapter for the Scorpion Evo on the market currently. The CZCustoms unit costs well in excess of $200. Another manufacturer sells theirs in the ~240 range. For the price, this stands shoulder to shoulder with them. Absolutely a recommended purchase for anyone who owns a Scorpion, rifle or pistol. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It folds... *by D***. on June 29, 2018* I purchased this item hoping the bad reviews were just people being overly picky. Unfortunately most of what you will read on the issues with this folder are true. Overall this looks to be a quality unit. The finish and design look really nice. The issue that I have is the fitment. The connection to the firearm is loose (I had to drill and tap a set screw into the folder so it would not wiggle). The hinge is also very loose and it drives me nuts. Another feature (or lack there of) I am not a fan of is the hinge does not lock into position when open. I bought this unit knowing this but with the hope that the hinge would be tight enough that it would at least not flop around(similar to my law tactical folder on my AR). It is not. I was able to modify my pistol brace with a magnet that attaches at the serial # plate to fix it (similar to CZs folding stock). If you are looking for a solid folder that will perform without any modifications save the money for a better quality unit.
