It is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe for babies and toddlers. I have spent many hours each day playing with my baby in the playpen. I recommend getting a thick foam mat or Ruggable for extra comfort. Recently I had a great experience with customer service. A little piece of wood broke off the door. I emailed Harppa customer support and they immediately shipping out a replacement part. this playpen is definitely an investment, but knowing that it’s a great product with great customer care, it’s worth every penny.
