Nothing special about it. You will NOT lose weight from this as advertised. After purchase I did my research and found that this is just psyllium husk with some electrolytes. Way overpriced. This did nothing special for my gut health. I felt the same way as when I drank plain psyllium husk (1/4 of the price) and the taste is very bitter with this stuff.
