The tray does not hold the tire but is rather intended as a cooler holder. So you can order neither or both, or only one. **Q: Could this be towed by a motorcycle?** A: A motorcycle with a V6 engine would have no problem. Anything with less power, no! **Q: Does it include a rear hitch receiver for a rear bike rack some photos show it some don't** A: Mine doesn't have a rear hitch, wasn't an option when I purchased.
