UPS did not email me ahead of time of the delivery, so, luckily I was home when it was delivered, as they do not require a signature. (I think you can ask to require a signature, not sure?). There was minor assembly required, and when I first test rode it I found that the front turn signal did not work. I contacted Bikeberry and they were great. Approximately a week later my new turn signal was delivered. It runs smooth and handles the hills well. I have ridden it at least a mile everyday since I got it and the battery still shows to be full. I would definitely recommend this bike and Bikeberry. ### ⭐⭐⭐ the bike arrived after 5 days which was great. Broken rear wheel fender which seems to be the norm from the reviews i have seen. The assembly was more challenging than i thought and frankly the video posted on you tube sucks. Its way too fast without much detail of what goes where. For example, my front signals were just hanging off and nothing tells you that you need two screws ( not included in my hardware) to screw them into the two holes on the front fork assembly. The bike rides fairly nice except my rear tire is a bit out of round (they appear to be retreaded tires from the factory) but for a man weighing 193 pounds, top speed on flat ground has been 20 mph. This is with the hack that is on the web to allow the bike to go into high speed mode. I would say the top speed out of box is probably 16 mph. Not terrible but not 20 as advertised. The bike looks nice and seems to be fairly good quality.Update-been riding now for a couple weeks and really enjoying the bike more than expected. My wife got on back with me and it actually drove well. That's around 300 lbs total weight and still got up to 17 mph. ### ⭐ they finally mailed us the good unbroken part *by L***O on November 1, 2016* The product shipped with a broken taillight and missing components!. I called them (Bikeberry) and they said they are going to replaced it but never happened. Called them again and again ,they finally mailed us the good unbroken part. However, in just 6 months, the battery was broken without any reason!It only run for 4~5 miles instead of 20 miles per charge as stated in the product sheet.
