Made of Stainless Steel,good temperature to have a good sealing and juice preservation in the meats , 95% less smoke than a traditional grill, you can grill and smoke all kinds of whole pieces, is ideal for apartments where grilling is not allowed due to smoke pollution. 100 % stainless steel 304 18 gauge. Our Barrel has a ventilation system that makes the heat distribute evenly throughout the barrel and maintain a stable temperature. Instructions for use. -Cover the base with aluminum foil for easy cleaning after use. -Fill the base with Water or Beer with Spices to use it as a vaporizer and also catch the grass. -Light the grill with starters or napkins with oil or an electric starter. -Fill the burner with good quality charcoal, wait 10 minutes until the entire burner is on fire and generating the greatest amount of heat, then assemble the body of the grill. Once it finishes emitting smoke, put the lid on and leave it for 7 minutes until it reaches 350 F-400 F then begins to hang the cuts of meat.
