However, I had a unique problem in which the screw was lodged into my nosepiece and I could not get it out. The seller sent me pictures of what needed to be done, still offering to refund my purchase if I preferred, OR to send him my glasses for repair AT NO COST! At first, I wasn't sure I felt safe mailing off my very expensive prescription glasses to someone I had never met or worked with, but I took the risk and boy did it pay off! He continued to communicate with me, even sending me pictures of my glasses being repaired and a photo of the shipping label, once he had them back in the box to return to me. And by the way, he completed the repair and had them back in the mail the SAME DAY they arrived in his shop (I tracked the shipping)!
