I bought these as an alternative to pads just for the last 3 days of my period when flow is light, but with PCOS it's unpredictable sometimes and they're held up perfectly all day even with the heavier flow, no leaks. They're comfortable, dry and softer than pads, and much less sticky. The only downside is when you rinse out the blood it takes about 2 days for them to dry out before you can put them in with your dirty clothes, unless you're doing laundry sooner.
