Setup was a headache, had to purchase extra fittings and piping just to connect it to my system. Spent another $40 on parts that should've been included. The filtration is disappointing. Water clarity improved slightly at best, nowhere near what I expected for a 3000GPH filter. The "self-cleaning" backwash feature wastes a ton of water daily, which defeats the purpose. Build quality feels cheap, flimsy plastic housing and thin mesh screen. For this price, I expected much better performance and compatibility.
