How can this failure be corrected?** A: Your water pressure is too high. Vinyl tubing such as this is MUCH easier to install but is not as tight a fit as polyethylene. I switched over to poly but needed to use a heat gun (a lighter will do in a pinch) to soften the ends and install on the drip fittings.
