I make breakfast egg bites often and have always had to scrub the baked egg off the bottom of other muffin pans but literally everything just slides right out of these, and I don’t even need to line with butter/oil! I’ve started using this pan for everything I can now - even cookies - because I love it so much. The size is decent though the cups are quite shallow but does not bother me. You do need to be very careful with it as it can scratch easily, so I haven’t been brave enough to try it in the dishwasher but it’s such a great pan it’s absolutely worth it to me to take extra precautions to keep it in good shape. I even bought my mom one a week after I got my own because it’s just that great!

This is truly non stick! The egg bites and muffins I make slide out so easily. And the color matched my kitchen colors perfectly!! It also cleans seamlessly also. It is the standard muffin size that you would want—comparable to the aluminum muffin pan I had before. Everything cooks evenly and I think better than the pan I had previously! Even my paleo muffins (pictured) didn’t stick which always stuck with my other pan.
