Works great. I carry a G19 and this definitely helps conceal better. My holster has a claw (which works great) but this wedge definitely helps. My only issue is that the foam material is not as durable as I would like, but for the price, it’s easily replaced if it gets damaged. Lasted about 3 months before I had to replace it due to damage. That said, even though a chunk of foam was missing after 3 months, the wedge still functioned to serve its purpose. I tend to see this as a disposable item that works well.
