Within a eeek, the company sent me another product that had the missing part in it. But trying to connect the chaise to the loveseat was difficult in that most bolts and holes didn’t line up. Do we had to widen some holes with a drill to be able to get all the bolts in. The set is a narrow ehicker design with thin cushions. If you are looking for the very chunky deep cushion unit (at s more expense price), this is not your set.
