On most low carb diets, sugar alcohols are not counted. If you need more information, you would need to contact the manufacturer. **Q: What are the ingredients? they are too blurry to read when i magnify. nancy a cowan listed ingredients, but juxtapose isn't any kind of ingredient** A: It's sucralose, not juxtapose. **Q: It says "sugar free" but is it sweetened? does it need sweet n low or similar?** A: It is artificially sweetened. You won’t need to add sugar. **Q: The label says it has zero calories but 4g of carbs! How can it have 4g of carbs at 4 calories per gram when it has no calories?!?!?** A: It has erythritol. Not sure about my spelling, sorry. It’s sugar alcohols which the body does not absorb. They don’t count with net carbs. This kind of sweetener doesn’t have a strong after taste like a lot of “sugar free” sweeteners.
