I'm glad I did! Do not be fooled by the smell which is kinda like alcohol. The taste is mild and pleasant. On its own it probably tastes like a richer vanilla, as white chocolate doesn't have a ton of potency in itself. I added Now Peppermint Cookie (?) stevia drops liquid and it was very close to the flavor profiles in my favorite Starbucks drink! I definitely want to look into more of their sugar free flavors. Tried 3 different times to make sure it wasn’t me and had to spit it out, something is wiring with either the bottle I got or the product or both. I have the sugar free vanilla and it is good and does not have any awful taste or even smells to it.
