I usually wear a large, but I ordered an XL since bigger can always be taken in. It fits, but it is very snug, so I have ordered another in size XXL. I love how it is slightly fitted, and longer. So many tank tops are too short to tuck into pants. Living in MN layers are a big part of my life, so I regularly wear tank tops under my clothes. BTW in case you missed that part - this is made to be worn under your clothes. The pockets are discreet enough that you could wear this with an open shirt/blouse over it. I wore a fitted knit skirt over it and none of my co-workers said that they could see where the pockets were, so they are pretty discrete. I think that this will be perfect for our upcoming trip to Istanbul in Jan. I can keep my passport, credit card, drivers license and an extra stash of cash in the pockets without worrying about pickpockets. I think that it will also work great in the gym.
