After I plugged in the RayZ; 1. I had to open the System Settings; 2. Select, Sound; 3. Scroll to Output & Input, select, Output; 4. Scroll down to find the “Name” of the headphones, in this case, “Rayz USB audio”, listing the source “Type” as “USB”; and 5. Scroll down to Output Volume to assure the sound is not muted and loud enough to hear. **Q: Does the usb c adapter also include usb c charge through? if so what, up to how many watts?** A: Hello Friend!
