This mat is awesome! First of all, it seems to be very well made. It's actually the heaviest yoga mat I've ever had - weighing in at around 6 pounds! Yes, it's THAT heavy. The top layer is super sticky. I didn't slip at all last night in my Bikram class - and I did the entire standing series without a towel in place. At no point did the sweat make the mat slippery. The alignment lines are awesome - they especially helped my triangle pose. One note: You can't just 'wipe' this mat dry, you need to hang it - which can be tricky because it's so heavy - I had to hang it over the shower curtain rod. It's too early to tell how durable this mat is, but for now, I'm happy with the purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Did not last *by K***S on June 21, 2018* I liked using this mat. It is grippy and definitely helped my postures during hot yoga, I do not enjoy using yoga towels. However a tear appeared after only using it 3-4 times.
