I don't know how waterproof it is but it looks like it is very close, the zippers look like the water proof type and the material of all of it seems to be sealed. However I wouldn't use it as a ditch bag if I didn't have to but it might be up for it if you weren't expecting to use it for flotation other than for its own items.

I don't know how waterproof it is but it looks like it is very close, the zippers look like the water proof type and the material of all of it seems to be sealed. However I wouldn't use it as a ditch bag if I didn't have to but it might be up for it if you weren't expecting to use it for flotation other than for its own items.
