Once in their case (where one would have to push them - no magnetic link) they are very difficult to take out as there is hardly any grab on them and being shining plastic your finger simply slips off them.The claim that these are noise cancelling can only be described as a joke. The only noise prevention (not cancellation) is whatever noise blocking the rubber earbuds do when inserted in ones ears.The more serious drawback is that the two earbuds do not sync with each other. So when pairing to your phone or tablet you get two separate pairings, one for the left earbud and one for the right earbud. This means you can connect to either but not to both which results on sound only in the one ear. Even their own descriptive leaflet acknowledges this problem and tries to explain what one can do when only one earbud receives sound, but unfortunately much as I have tried it seems it is a hit and miss exercise and half an hour later I simply gave up and packed them to be returned.REVISIONa new set supplied seems to suggest that the first set was faulty. The new earbuds connect between them without any problem and the connection stays solid within a range of 10 meters from the bluetooth source. When taken out of their power bank one needs to wait few seconds until the two earbuds connect between them but other than this the connection is a breeze.Noise cancelling is no better and no worse than all earbuds and have tried numerous including some costing several times more than these. Unfortunately aeroplane noise for example cannot be eliminated with any earbuds. For this one needs good quality earphones such as the Bose QuietComfort 35 but then one has the disadvantage of carrying a bulky item in their hand luggage.My only repeated comment about these earbuds is the shining plastic they are made off which makes it difficult to pull out of their power bank with fingers slipping over them. If manufacturer was to address this minor point, these earbuds would be among the few 5-star ones.After 1-year useI have upgraded my feedback to 5-star. Best feature is the battery pack in which these earbuds are housed. There is enough power there to last 12+ hours. They have a charging box that can be easily thrown into my work bag or pocket. Earplugs won't hurt my ears. Under normal circumstances, after wearing other earplugs for a few hours, my ears began to hurt, but these will not. They are easy to pair with your phone. I made a few calls and the microphone worked well.
