Assembly is as easy as 1-2-3! I could probably do it with my eyes closed if I had to. Two poles, same length, lightweight and pretty sturdy. instructions are sewn onto the tent carry bag on a durable label. It basically just pops right up when you pull on the cords as instructed. Once s up it is large enough sun protection for 2 adults & 2 older kids.
