We were shocked & disappointed, will not be purchasing again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good stuff *by J***S on March 20, 2021* This is the first hair color I have tried on my light to dark grey hair, and have been using it off and on for a couple years. It seems to stay ~4 weeks. My process: wash with the shampoo that comes in the box, apply, over the plastic bag I add a winter hat to set the color, and leave on for about an hour or so. The other trick to having it last longer, I wash my hair about once a week. The black seems to work best on my hair, previously have blended the dark brown and black. At some point a neighbor thought my hair appeared purple, if that happens wash or rinse again. That’s the beauty of this product, it is so easy to use, and if it is too dark it will come out.
