It is HOT and feels fantastic. Very easy to use, just plug it in and press the on button. The only thing you could do is adjust the head a little, up and down so you could angle where you want it to go. It also only has one option for heat, which again is very hot but there’s no low heat option or anything. It is great for the desk and very small and portable. The safety feature is great.
