Review: Best Chicken Seasoning - We got a sample pack with this spice and used it on chicken breasts. When that was gone, I found this same one in a larger capacity. It is really good on chicken breasts cooked on the grill. I sprinkle it on all sides and let it marinade for a day or two and then grill it. Now, when you take it out of the refrigerator to grill, let it warm up a bit near room temp before grilling. The meat will look "dry" with the seasoning on it, but trust me, it holds in the natural juices great! This seasoning is the only thing we use now when grilling chicken as it tastes great and keeps the inside moist so you aren't eating dry chicken. The only thing I would change is to maybe crack the peppercorns a bit smaller. They seem a tad large for the rest of the seasonings, and people that aren't that fond of pepper may object to the "bite" of the pepper in the seasoning.
