The first two worked great. This third has an issue. Took it straight out of the box and put it in the printer and the printer is not able to recognize it. I hear a high pitched whirring sound and the error light comes on. Really disappointed. The first two orders were great but this one....Update 5/8/2019: I followed the advice of one of the reviewers here and found the chip on the top left side of the old one that worked. I took it out and put it in the new one that would not work. I used a pair of tweezers to slide it out.Now the new toner works but it keeps popping up a low toner message because I took it out of the repleted cartridge so I am upping the stars. I wanted to give it a 2.5 but 2 is the closest to that.
