Review: Love it Review: This duvet arrived in mint condition & in nice professional packaging, smelled new & fresh. It is made well & does a fabulous job at regulating temperature while sleeping. We never feel too hot or cold- always just right. It’s on the thin side of any other type of good quality duvet insert but because it’s silk it doesn’t need to be heavy . We prefer this lighter look & soft feel. We live in Texas and this duvet works well all year round. The reason I take off 2 stars is that it’s more the size of a king blanket than a size of a true duvet insert. It barely hangs over the edges of our mattress. And it swims & moves around in the king size duvet cover we purchased at Pottery Barn. Very frustrating & disappointing in this regard. Not sure why they made this duvet insert so small. This size would probably work better with in a queen size duvet cover & on a queen size bed.
