(One difference I observed: R.S. taught different names for the months of the year, so my guess the months in this book are probably based on a religious calendar of some sort). This book was a life-saver while learning to read Farsi, and I learned 530 of the words in this book while taking Rosetta Stone. What I found most helpful was the transliterations for each word/phrase. I've been looking for a books like this and after buying the 100 Persian Verbs, Amazon showed me this book. This book organizes vocabulary by topic and it really helps to keep things in order. Other books blend vocabulary words together and you'll have to go through the book to find all the words under the topic you want to build a vocabulary list off of. I wish other language books was organized like this. Or at least have a section where the vocabulary was organized like this book is.
