I got in touch with Amazon customer service and as usual. they were useless and of no help and they gave me a number though it is an Amazon fulfilled order. The number is invalid. It is not even updated. I’ve written to them now on their customer support email, and I am hoping to hear back. I have been on the phone for last 45 minutes, just to find a solution for the product which I have paid for, and which has conked in 15 days. Seller has nothing mention where I can get in touch with them, so please be very careful before you buy.
