Review: They didn't work at all. Tried new batteries..... nothing! Unfortunately, in his excitement, my Grandson ripped the box, so not sure if I can send them back. Very disappointing because we were expecting lots of fun! I can't get hold of the seller. Can I still send them back if box is damaged??

They do not connect and you are unable to talk into them or hear the other person. We have swapped and changed batteries which hasn’t helped. Waiting for information on a refund.
