Then I leaned that I was unable to get a refund. This really sucks…..as I was going to indulge further (after receiving appropriate refund) with special instructions to wrap/support product to prevent such issues. This is unacceptable…..after looking at the pics in the reviews (as I should have done before letting my tastebuds make my decisions)….i would have seen that this (leaking jars and risky product) is the norm rather than the exception.
