I'm 48, but felt like an 85 year old woman when I went to get up and walk. The pain was excruciating and made it often hard to sleep at night. I have improved my diet, but I have had a major soda addiction and used to smoke pot and cigarettes. Though I quit those 2 years ago, I knew all that crap was still in my body. And recently my sugar cravings had become worse. I have been changing my eating habits due to the pain I've been experiencing. I noticed that when I had more sugar, the bottoms of my feet hurt worse.I was skeptical about trying these foot pads, because I saw so many mixed reviews and saw claims that the pads were just changing color, or so it seemed to other users.After a lot of research I settled on these pads, since they seemed to be authentic and came with an ebook that explained what the toxin colors coming out represented. To my surprise I got 3 helpful ebooks, not just one! I was amazed at how informative each ebook was. After the very first night I noticed a substantial improvement in my foot pain. There was so much gunk in the one on the right foot that it was nearly a 1/4 of an inch thick! Whoever said these don't work is crazy!! I couldn't wait to sleep that night to use them again. That second night I put one on my heel too because the pain was the worst there. I could actually feel them pulling toxins from my feet that night- weird but proof it was working (maybe three is too much, I thought to myself...)Let me add that I woke up thirsty each day - i really drank a ton of water the next day after using 3 pads. This detox will make you thirsty, so drink lots of water!I scaled back to 2 pads since 3 felt a little overkill - I can see how you could dehydrate yourself if you are not careful! I moved the pads down between my arch and heel since this is where most of my foot pain is.I was amazed at how the colors have changed over the past 5 nights of using them. I skipped a day in between the 3rd and 4th night and 4th and 5th night since i got to sleep late - but woke up wishing I'd used them anyway. They really do make such a difference in walking the next day.What shocked me the most was the amount of gunk coming out of me. It was like something crawled out of me and died! The white chalky stuff blew my mind - according to the ebook, that white stuff is yeast, and I had a plethora of it! It was really bad the first few days.After day 5, the stuff coming out of my feet had turned into the sticky stuff most people refer to in their reviews. But the pads didn't get sticky til the 5th use for me - I had too much yeast coming out for that part to happen. On day 5 it was more brownish black than white, and my foot pain was substantially improved.What is really interesting is how much less hard the bottoms of my feet feel. They have softened up where the toxins have been releasing. Truly remarkable...These pads are really incredibly effective. I have been telling everyone I know about them - I am so thankful that I got desperate enough from the pain to give them a try. This is the best investment I've ever made in a pain reducer and in beginning to turning my health around!An interesting observation too was that my cravings changed during this detox: not only did I want more water, but I did not crave sugary foods as much. It was like the more icky stuff that my body released, the more my desire for bad food released too.
