I have been having many problems with my middle toe on one foot and have not been able to alleviate the pain. It is never bad in the summer if I can wear flip flops, but as soon as the weather turns I'm in constant pain. I found myself taking my shoe off every time I would sit. I thought I'd try this and didn't expect it to work but instead had instant results. The first day I noticed that I never had to take off my shoe, but it was really painful once I did get home and take them off. But since then, I've had no issues. Now I can be on my feet all day and never get disturbed by the pain. It's great to be able to wear any shoes I want again. Wonderful!
