Both ends of the cable had connectors which made it slightly challenging when passing through the firewall into the engine compartment. Picture quality although not horrible is not as good as I've seen on other cams. Could be what is expected at this price point. The handle is lighter in weight and doesn't appear to be of the same quality as oem. It functioned as intended and i was able to connect to a Pioneer deck. If you are looking for an average cam at a decent price this is for you.I had this for less than a month in cold weather climate and the lens cracked. I believe it happened when the temp dropped around 17 degrees with snow. In any case weather around hear can get far worse and need something more durable. Trying out the RVS-F150 model, double the cost but just looking at the camera and specs, it seems to be a little better qualiy....
