Review: Quality Issue - Hi! I bought a pink rolling backpack in June 2015, half a year ago. The expandable handle was always tight when I need to extend it fully or collapse. Last week it stopped working. I cannot collapse it at all. I want either a replacement or a refund.
Review: Rolls well and Sturdy - Bought this for my teen after she broke her clavicle so she could go to school. She wasn't too happy about a rolling backpack pack but it held up well. Its pretty, well made and after that I used it for travel. It held up, though, a day in Vegas strolling down the strip with a heavy load. It fit under the seat in the airplane. I am very glad with this purchase, it was pricey but very well worth it.

Its pretty, well made and after that I used it for travel. It held up, though, a day in Vegas strolling down the strip with a heavy load. It fit under the seat in the airplane. I am very glad with this purchase, it was pricey but very well worth it.

Holds a surprising amount of stuff. Needed back pack for a carry-on on a tour as regular ones wouldn't fit the bus we were told. This one was great. So much better with the little wheels than carrying it everywhere. Highly recommend. Pretty and well made. No issues with zippers. Worked well.
