This drink seems to fit the bill after a few uses.First, the drink works. I've used it a few times now and typically by 15 to 20 minutes, I start to feel sleepy. Not groggy, lethargic or medicated, but genuinely sleepy. Again, I do not typically have trouble sleeping, but I've used it a few times when I wanted to sleep a few hours earlier and a twice when I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. The drink worked in both scenarios.Second, the drink is actually tasty. No fizzle or carbonation. It's very smooth and light and natural tasting. It's sort of a berry/raspberry taste. It's tasty enough that I would drink it casually during the day if it didn't actually make me sleepy. It doesn't have any chemical type of taste that you get with energy drinks nor does it have that sticky feeling you get from soda.Third, it seems pretty healthy.
