How it this going to work with my big feet? But of course it does. You're usually only using the ball of your foot or heel. One time so far, my foot slipped slightly so my foot was no longer on the slide, but that was more to do with my hamstrings were burning and I wanted the set over with.Works on carpets as described. Although these didn't work for me, they gave me a full refund and sent me a free set to give away as a gift. I bought the Beach Body version of these, and they barely work on my floor. The slides are great, but I'm still not decided on the bands. The gray one ripped after the first workout... I know this happens, but on the first day? The greater resistance bands are obviously thicker, but they are still intact.
