Looks nice & stays cold. It was packaged securely/nicely in a box. I knocked off 2 stars for the following reasons:1) while a nice/classy design, it doesn’t stay nice for long; the outter design seem painted on, so scrapes off easily. I also have several coffee mugs by this company and same thing... the colors/design easily scrapes off. We handwash all pieces and it just doesn’t last the way you hope. Normal wear and tear, it’s not thrown around, but any little scuff and it shows. 2) my son accidentally dropped it and the rim of mouth bent out of shape. A tad disappointing to discover the stainless steel is that thin.
